Quitclaim
Allows individuals to change title of their house using this instrument known as a Quitclaim. You must be the owner of property and be listed with Clark County Recorder before you make changes of adding someone, removing a person, or entity addition to the property.
Bargain, Sale Deed
This is commonly used with Title Companies and private parties who want to change title for your home.
Deed Upon Death
This deed must be signed before a notary public, and the owner must be alive to sign the deed that assigns ownership to a person at the death of the owner.
Transfer Ownership
When the owner of title wants to add relatives, divorce to remove, or add a friend to the house a transfer is needed to complete this transaction to make a change to the title of your home.
Trust Set-Up with Title Change
When you are getting a Trust, often the house is added into the Trust so it is protected from Nevada probate. The title change from an individual to a trust that permits the trust to own the house and allows the trustee to carryout fudiciary duties according to the trust documents.
Business Set-Up in a Trust
Movement from an individual to a business entity to own property in the business name by placing the property of business into the Trust.
