Terms of Service

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE POLICY OF NO REFUNDS AND EXAMPLES OF THIS.

  1. Document Preparation covers time, research, and drafting labor rather than a physical product. 
  2. The moment when the payment is made or when an intake form or interview begins the process.
  3. When we email documents to you for your preparation it is the start of process that we have a non-refundable policy.
  4. All fees paid for document preparation services are non-refundable once work begins or an order is submitted.
  5. Nevada law NRS 240A guides us to give you a receipt for the work to begin service.
  6. We are also responsible to create a client agreement that you sign to understand our policy.  

Communication is crucial

Tell us exactly what you want and how can the document be executed.  Let us work with you and call, text, or email us about how your document should satisfy you.

Refund exceptions

We want to work for you in whatever capacity that is in our limits.  If we cannot do the work, we will let you know and refund your money.

Our service was never done in a timely manner or beyond the terms of your signed agreement.

 

Cancellation

If we did not perform any work at all and you decide to change your mind within 1 hour,of the signed agreement, and we have not done any work on the project, then a cancellation can be  made by communicating with us.
